Review: BigRock is one of the poorest server providers I have ever experienced. I purchased their Shared Hosting Pro Unlimited plan for 5 years, and the problems started immediately after moving to their server. The server ping time is extremely high, the server response is very slow, and the uptime is hardly 10%. It is impossible to run a professional website under such unstable conditions. Whenever I contact their support team, instead of taking responsibility, they simply blame my website and say it is not optimized, which is completely unacceptable. I am already running the same WordPress websites on GoDaddy and MilesWeb, and I have never faced any downtime or performance issues there, nor did I ever need to contact their support teams. This feels more like forcing an upgrade rather than solving a genuine service problem. BigRock has completely failed to deliver the stability, performance, and professionalism.

Review: I am currently paying for 30+ servers with them, and the level of incompetence is absolutely mind-blowing. I have a server where NO websites will load on Vodafone or Idea networks. I have contacted support over 5 times, and you won't believe the garbage they told me. According to them, I need to contact Vodafone to fix THEIR server issue! The audacity! The last support agent, Rachana R, was the absolute worst human being I have ever dealt with. She was incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. She literally told me that if I want to use the server I paid for, I have to fix the ISP issue myself—and if I don't like it, I can cancel with NO REFUND. I don’t know how people like this are employed in a support role. This is theft, plain and simple. I am filing a case in Consumer Court immediately. Anyone else who has been scammed by these frauds, DM me. Let’s take them down together.

Review: On shared multi website hosting, with out any Prior information they limit the processor hit count pcount to 25 which is very low when compared with the competitor .I dont have very high trafficking website but still there server went down .They say 99.99 % uptime but in reality you cant even work on your website ,while working or while demonstrating to your client the server will be down.Better go for a reliable hosting provider.

Advertised: Lightning-fast NVMe Delivered: HDD Reality: 18–20 minutes to open a 3 KB file in cPanel Paid extra ₹15,000+ for performance that doesn’t exist. Misrepresentation. Breach of trust. Review: My original review is below (it was 1 star). Upon posting it, BigRock contacted me and gave me the info I needed to transfer my domain to my preferred registrar. Until then, I could not transfer my domain out of BigRock. It was obtained at auction and automatically registered at BR, to my dismay. [I wouldn't wish Big Rock on anyone. I have had domain names for decades and currently own 230. Big Rock is terrible. I need the EPP Auth Key to transfer [domain name].com out of Big Rock to my regular registrar. I don't appreciate how difficult Big Rock makes it to transfer a domain out. Other registrars are very easy and convenient. Big Rock offers no way to do it. Their support phone number rings to a totally different business. Their online chat just leaves you waiting. Disgusting.]

Review: I am seriously sad to write this, I was using hosting which turned to bugrock. I tried removing some old emails and all emails cleared. I tried on other account and it also got cleared. I asked them for the issue they said I myself did it knowingly and they can't help me. Then I requested for backup to which they said it's a premium backup and it will be chargeable. And I was stuck so I had to do something for recovering my data. I paid the amount and got a backup after 1 day. And tried to extracting data from it and found the emails I need are not there. There are emails from.2023 which I need this years emails. And it is a weekly backup. Absolutely untrustworthy and unhelpful. I asked them to check it and I think it's all my fault. It just been a few days I think and it started. It is seriously sad as they already write in their conditions that it can not be complete and they are not promising.

Review: I had a highly disappointing experience with BigRock regarding my Multi Domain Linux Hosting (USA-TX) Pro plan for blockzencode.com (Order ID: 120750999). After purchasing the server, I requested a refund as advised by their support team and deleted the server from my account. Despite following their instructions, the server was not removed initially, and no refund was processed. On August 15, 2025, I deleted the server again, yet no refund was credited even after weeks of waiting. When I contacted their support, I was told a bank note was generated and the refund was credited, but my bank statement showed no such transaction. Follow-up calls involved long wait times (30 minutes to an hour), and the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, I was informed that neither the refund nor the server restoration was possible due to their "policy." This lack of transparency, failure to process the refund, and unhelpful customer service make me question BigRock’s reliability.

Review: BigRock’s Premium DNS add-on is an absolute letdown and a frustrating experience for anyone managing a domain. I paid INR 1,820/- to enable a CAA record for my domain to migrate to Amazon’s SmartBiz platform, as BigRock’s default DNS lacks this basic feature. Their support team insisted the Premium DNS would solve this, so I reluctantly purchased it, expecting a seamless solution. Instead, I hit a wall trying to update DNS entries due to a “Resource record is already locked” error in their new interface. After hours of troubleshooting and waiting over 12 hours to rule out propagation issues, I contacted support again. They casually mentioned reverting to the old interface via a “REVERT TO OLD LOOK” link, which finally allowed updates. Why isn’t this fixed in the new system? It’s a glaring oversight for a supposedly premium service. Once the DNS was updated, my website only worked with “www” and not the non-www version.

Review: ery unprofessional experience. I made multiple attempts to get answers to my questions, but they repeatedly refused to provide complete information. Many of my queries were skipped or left unanswered. Through my own research, I found that their servers use Linux hosting (not LiteSpeed) and SSD storage (not NVMe), which creates a noticeable server-level performance gap. If you only need budget hosting, they might be an option. However, if you’re looking for high-performance shared hosting, I strongly recommend doing your own research before making a decision.

Review: Cheated me on Money - Stay Away fromBigRock Terrible Experience with BigRock – Unethical Auto-Renewal & No Refund Policy I had one of the worst experiences with BigRock hosting services. I had purchased a hosting plan that was clearly set to expire on 24th July 2025, but shockingly, BigRock auto-renewed the plan an entire month early, on 23rd June 2025, without any consent or notification. They directly debited the amount from my card without my approval. The worst part? I do not even want their hosting service anymore, and when I reached out multiple times requesting a refund, their support team bluntly denied it every single time, saying “we can’t refund the amount.” This is completely unethical and unacceptable. Their customer support is unhelpful and hides behind rigid policies instead of resolving customer issues with fairness. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed by how they handle billing and renewals. BigRock has lost my trust permanently.
