Review: The website creation is great and easy but the email and linking it to your own mailboxes was a nightmare... CONTINUOUS security checks, captcha then WhatsApp then email and every time you need to get in!! Then actual it doesnt recognise the verification codes anyway.... After several hours of trying to figure this out, it appears that the FREE email plus or essentials trials are really quite useless and DO NOT link to your current mailboxes like 365/iPhone or Mac mail. You therefore have to purchase further add-ons (upgrade the email)... The Customer service from both Neil and Andrea were excellent. However, it needs to be clearer to others using the site, that the email address is futile unless you pay the upgrade for it.

We even spoke about our past careers which we both share a history of working in education. I am always impressed when I call customer service at GoDaddy! Review: recently spoke with a GoDaddy representative named Melvin, and I want to highlight his excellent customer service. He was kind, courteous, patient, and very attentive. He listened carefully to all the details of my situation and genuinely tried to help as much as he could. Although there were technical limitations outside of his control, Melvin was honest and transparent about the process and took the time to explain what needed to happen next. He remained calm and supportive throughout a very confusing and stressful situation involving website and email setup. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. Representatives like Melvin make a big difference. 6

Review: Nofal the service representative was great. I wish my double charge that I called about last week had been resolved, but it doesn't appear that anything has been done. Also disappointed that I can't cancel the service and get a refund because I am beyond 30 days since I paid. This is an industry practive that I am running into often and it's just a way of keeping the money of customers who don't want to do business any longer.

Review: Lee Brown, apparently the president of Med Career Center, scheduled a telephone call with me to discuss a physician job opportunity I was interested in. He had told me that he was on a boat in Mexico (not sure why he felt the need to provide that detail) but could talk at his hotel in a few hours at 2p. That time came and passed, I sent a message at 2:10p, he responded back saying that he is still on the boat and will not be back to shore for another couple of hours, no apology or request to reschedule. I blocked my schedule from seeing patients to take this call. Very disrespectful of other's time and very unprofessional! DO NOT work with Lee or this company that he is president of. Edit: he was able to get me to another employee with his company 45 minutes after 2p to provide me some details.

Review: I have called GoDaddy multiple times in the past trying to resolve an issue with my domain. I have created a website through Google Site, and needed to connect my domain to it. However, no previous agents were able to assist with it, only to tell me to contact Google. One even told me that he was going to cancel my domain since I was so disappointed with GoDaddy. Luckily for me, I have called one last time, and got a guy named Matthew. He was so patient, and helpful in guiding me in the right direction to get the site up and running. Although he did not resolve my issue, but he was kind enough to explain what was happening and what needed to be done. I was so happy with getting some type of assistance. I am just a business owner trying to cut out some overhead expenses. He understood my situation, and genuinely wanted to help. GoDaddy needs to hire more IT guys to assist with tech issues like this instead of "regular agents" who don't offer any help, and quick to cancel your domain due
