Review: Very bad support and an irresponsible… Very bad support and an irresponsible account manager. Every few days server is down. The average TAT for a support ticket is 1 day, and it's a confirmation, not a resolution. Hosting Raja is seriously not into client service and satisfaction.

Review: I migrated my VPS server from ResellerClub to Hostingraja 2 years ago and it is biggest mistake in my company history. everyday websites are down for half an hour twice sometimes thrice I paid for their dedicated support. i don't know how this support works whenever you raise ticket they will start blaming you db is not optimised error is in your website and all (well all these websites never created any problem on resellerclub from last 9 years) when we ask them to solve issues they will tell us you should do it on your own then why you call it dedicated support? and ask separate amount for same ? their dedicated server works worse than any shared hosting out there and they charge too much amount for same server they don't value customer seems they don't need customers anymore

Review: I’m very disappointed in the services provided by Hostingraja. The service level has significantly declined ever since Hostcats was taken over by this company. I’ve been a loyal customer of Hostcats for over 10 years, and unfortunately, things have only gone downhill since the acquisition. These days, I’m forced to create a support ticket almost every month just to keep my website up and running, which is unacceptable. Sometimes the servers are completely unavailable, other times, the SSL certificates simply vanish, even though I’ve already paid for them. As someone who hosts more than 5 domains, I expect reliability, but that's clearly no longer the case. This is not what I signed up for, and certainly not what I experienced during my earlier years with Hostcats. I do not recommend Hostingraja to anyone looking for dependable hosting services. I personally plan to switch to a more reputable and well-known service provider very soon

Review: Never Trust HOSTING RAJA PLATFORM, they never accept their fault. Earlier my VPS HOSTING Suspension data was shown on the dashboard as 23/08/2025 but they suspended it a day before, claiming that your disk space was upto 22/08/2025. After suspending they changed the date as 22/08/2025. I said that this is your mistake, as a client I am not going to check minute details and relied on your dashboard only. So in this case atleast give me my file backup but Hosting raja denied. Not even agreeing for few months subscription. Now i will have to pay them full amount to get only backup. Earlier 2GB HOSTING (which now hosting raja accuired) was excellent. They used to consider client's problem. TRUST LOST.

Review: If you choose Hosting Raja, your business is at risk. Once you purchase their hosting, you are stuck for the entire year. If you want to leave in between, they will not refund your money under any circumstances. I have all the ticket screenshots as proof. Whenever an issue arises, they provide support only according to their convenience, not according to the urgency of your problem. They reply whenever they feel like it, and they resolve issues only when they want to. Until then, your website will remain down, and your business will suffer.

Review: Very poor hosting service. I booked hosting for my website from HostingRaja, but the site stays down most of the day. I have to raise at least 5 support tickets every day just to get it back online, and the next day, it's down again. Total waste of money. Even though there's only one website on a single hosting plan, this is the situation. They don’t even answer the phone when I try to call.

Review: hosting raja doubles the amount at the time of renewal and they never share renewal invoice in advance so the customer dosnt have any choice Till the last year i paid 30000 inclusive of taxes. This year since august i have been calling their renewal team to provide the invoice in advance because last year at the time of renewal the amount was doubled then i had to chase their team to get amount corrected. This year even after contacting multiple times different amounts with different reasons have been given by their team. On sepetember 19 aftre many discussion on call and email was received for Rs 35400 as the renewal amount. This amount was later changed and emailed invoice demanded Rs 81000 approx. (it included additional 4gb ram costing Rs 12000 a year) . After many arguments this additional amount a 4 gb ram were asked to be removed as i wanted to pay it monthly as per my req

Review: have been trying to contact HostingRaja customer service for the past week and current week, but I have not received any response yet. Each time I call, I am told, "I will call you back in 10 minutes," but often I do not receive a callback. Today, I called three times within just one hour and received the same scripted response each time. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. If customers are not receiving timely assistance, your service is ineffective. Please resolve my issue or let me know whether I should continue using your service.

Their support ticket system worst if your ticket has been started for resolving or not you never know and even its been resolve you never know you need to check thing every 10-15 minutes. they don't ever respond to anything. and average ticket resolving time is 5-7 hours. Highly unprofessional and pathetic people without any skills or professionalism.

Review: No end of issues over the last few months. Support is always slow to respond, we have raised multiple tickets over the last 48 hours and still haven't had any response. We have called our account manager many times and he cannot offer any solution, we have also tried calling the main customer support telephone number but it always cuts out between 1mins 30 - 2mins into the hold music. Our servers have been having issues for multiple days and there is no sight of a resolution, and not even any communication from HostingRaja. This is heavily impacting our business and is not acceptable from a company that provides a service and claims 24/7 support on their website.

Over the last 3 months, I faced repeated issues including: Frequent server downtime All websites going down at the same time Poor server stability Extremely slow and ineffective support Because of their hosting failures, my business and my clients’ businesses suffered financial losses. Support responses were delayed, unclear, and the issues were never permanently resolved. Every time a problem was reported, it took too long to get even a basic response. This kind of service is unacceptable for a hosting provider, especially when businesses depend on uptime and reliability. I do not recommend Hosting Raja to anyone who values their business, clients, or peace of mind. Please think twice before choosing them.

Review: On start of review I had given 4 star, then made it 3 star to leave enough headroom for further zeal and aspiration to do still better. Initially there were issues which were lingering for long period because of crawling process of reporting of issue and response thru support ticket interface. Just when I was too fed up to continue, we noticed and reached the CRM contact number. The response from CRM rep Santosh was refreshingly prompt , caring and sincere . He well coordinated with Tech-Support for final resolution of the issues. I have just started using this hosting service from Hosting Raja, and look forward to same and even better level of customer relation management going long way forward. I would recommend to have such account manager from CRM team assigned to each customer to enable best experience and service.

Review: My experience with Hosting Raja has been very disappointing due to poor customer support, wrong commitments, and billing problems. The support team repeatedly makes false promises. I was told many times that the concerned department would call me back within 10–15 minutes, but no one ever contacted me, even after several follow-ups. This shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. The Billing and CRM department is extremely poor. After deleting my cPanel, the accounting was not handled correctly. Although my invoice was corrected last month after multiple follow-ups, this month Hosting Raja again generated an old invoice with a higher and incorrect amount. I emailed the CRM department regarding this issue but received no reply. I also noticed that incorrect higher amounts were deducted in previous years, which raises serious trust concerns.

Review: They are fraud, after buying domain. They are started to ask the business certificates. It was their clear intention to eat up the domain money. They cancelled the domain registration and denied for refund. Why didn't they ask all details before the transaction. And at first their staff accepted to refund domain money later on they denied. They found the loop hole in system to not deliver the service without making the refund

Review: I have a kind of love-hate opinion, or rather, mixed feelings, about HostingRaja. I currently have the following three services with them: Managed WordPress Hosting - WordPress Platinum Package EH 2024 (Good) VPS Hosting - Linux VALUE VPS - Pro (Bad) I would rate the first two services as good. However, the third service—the VPS Hosting—is quite problematic. I hosted over 60 websites (mostly blogging sites with a low number of pages and traffic) on it, and it quickly started slowing everything down. Their support team stated that the "server's CPU and memory were fully utilized." Yesterday I moved most of the sites off this VPS, and now I have barely 19 websites left on it. Despite this reduction, it is still dead slow, and overnight, most of these remaining sites stopped working entirely. I am now awaiting their support to get the sites back online. Sometimes I feel that a standard shared hosting plan would perform better than this

Review: As our experience with hosting raja, it's too bad. in starting everything is ok but after some time its become the totally worst hosting company in India. as our knowledge, we don't think that there support team has much experience in IT-related. when we host a new web or create emails we always face issues from the server-side. problems that we face with hosting Raja. 1. Website automatically stops working. & show the following error HTTP Error 503.0 - Service Temporarily Unavailable 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. 2. When we create a new email we always get an error Unknown or disabled user. 3. MS SQL server Remote Connection automatically changes. 4. Support Team we wait to 4 to 82 hours just to resolve our problems from the server-side. finally, we find another hosting provider and we decide to quite with hosting raja. Thanks

Review: not worth it. The customer service takes forever to reply to the problems and if you are using there WordPress Hosting, you would have to contact them more than you want to.No Chat Support, Raise a Ticket and Wait for at least 5-6 hours for the thing to work. Couldn't Integrate Cloudflare with Wordpress Hosting Integration not working. Before Purchasing Wordpress Hosting if I would get the Cpanel (Cpanel.net) with the hosting but I got there worse OVIPanel and when I tried to tell them I need to change it to Cpanel it went back and forth to a point of no solution they said you can get some other shared hosting and in a tone that it was my fault that I bought the hosting with the promises there Sales Team made. Worst Customer Service and Bad Wordpress Hosting, though if you need it for basic use at a cheap price you can go with them. Still, I would not recommend it to you if you are a non-techie, stay away from them.
