Review: They used to be a great hosting company but its now the worst. When you report a problem, most times they will tell you to look for a website developer. There are some agents like Binil who still do a good job though. The rest are Trash. I hate this company so much now and i want to just leave it ASAP once i find a better alternative! I HATE YOU INTERSERVER! I pay a lot of money for VPS, My website got hacked for reason i dont know, I reported the problem, All they could tell me is to look for a developer. Back in the old days, they would help. Even upgrading from their shared hosting to their VPS is now an issue, They refuse to do the migration for you now saying they dont have support for such. They prefer doing transfers from outside than their customers who have been with them for years. I HATE YOU GUYS WITH PASSION!!

Review: DON'T USE INTERSERVER!! They didn't support Denmark!! So I cancelled and claim my refund!! Which I never got! Now 1 year later I received an Invoice of 84$.. DON'T USE INTERSERVER!! "InterServer does offer a money back guarantee on shared hosting" BUT.. I've complained over this many times! send pictures and more from my bank and talked with my bank several times.. No money. Review: I had been using the provider for the past 20days and yesterday one of my subscribers has wrongly marked our mail as spam.We had already spoken to the customer and found out the issue what exactly happened.Today morning i got a mail that "There are hundred of reports from my ips".Its total fraud and when i spoke on live chat they were mentioning that ips have been listed in spamhaus.I had already shared the link of spamhaus and MX tool box and none of my ips have been listed in spamhaus. When i requested refund for the remaining 9days on my server they were disconnecting the chat.So dont purchase servers on interserver.Also they have closed my account without any update.

Review: I bought a server from InterServer.net, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After setting up the server and starting to use it, my account was suddenly canceled the very next day without any explanation or clear reason. I reached out for clarification, but there was no proper communication about why this happened. I expected more transparency and reliability from a hosting provider. This was a frustrating experience, and I think InterServer should improve their customer service and provide proper reasons before canceling a service that customers pay for.

Review: Zero is what they deserve In 2026 this is not acceptable. I rented a server from interserver for a month and cancelled it about 2 weeks before renewal so ample notice is given to avoid rebilling...I however, wanted to use my server until the expiration date of my VPS plan. They actually shut down the server on the same day!!! Not only it is very difficult to find the cancel link, but canceling does not mean that I want the server to be taking down before the lease expiration. If Cancel = Instant Permanent Shutdown of the server. Why not put a clean findable link for Rebilling cancelation so user do not get confused...

Review: Since the very first moment I bought hosting domain from interserver, I have been in so much pain and tension just because of this fake fraud group of people. Kindly stay away and totally stay away from them. No real support exists. My God can anyone on this Earth be so big scammer. I have to migrate my site and 3 days were left into old hosting expiration. I saw their page and they marketed different rates but asked for different, Any way I paid whatever link they have provided and then I got welcome email with the c panel. And then they said they received no payment. Verify the card I did exactly they said. I was requesting them to start migration before the expiration date but they kept on denying about payment. Now I sent those tons of emails that how could you provide me c panel link when you got no payment. I told that ask some senior to contact me immediately or provide me with chat support or any number but nobody replied.

Review: I ordered 2 dedicated servers from them last week, they lie about the delivery time and when I decided to request a refund for the payment, they said the transaction which they had confirmed was successful is void and was not received and refused to refund 194$ and 200$ I paid for servers. These guys are just time wasters, won't deliver server and won't refund. Just stay away to save yourself stress. I will update this review once I get the refund for the transaction they lied to be void simply because I requested refund of a server they refused to deliver.

Review: I recently purchased a dedicated… I recently purchased a dedicated server, I was getting everything setup, did a restart and the server wouldn't come back online. This is a common issue, it's usually with the Network.Manager and just need to log in IPMI and go into the settings and input a few things and back up it goes and the IP can ping. However, I couldn't log into IPMI with my IP, so I sent a message to tech support - Over 6 hours for someone to respond. I tried to call in, their phone support wasn't working, I couldn't get through to anyone. I don't expect tech support asap, but if I was running a business and my site went down for more then 6 hours, I would not be too happy.

Review: When they perform maintenance, they schedule and inform customers, but they don't meet the maintenance deadlines. They change dates and times, inconveniencing their customers by leaving them without service for as long as they want, demanding only patience. They don't solve problems; they only provide information when and how they want, and they lie to customers. Their customer service and technical support are terrible. If their services are critical, don't hire them.

InterServer support is blaming the sender but when I change to another email provider I get the emails from that sender. Seems InterServer does not know what to do about it. So if you have important emails.. don't use InterServer as your email provider!

Review: I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Interserver. On April 24, I purchased a shared hosting plan for $35, but unfortunately, I made a minor error in my email address, omitting a single alphabet. When I failed to receive any emails, I promptly contacted their support team, requesting assistance with updating my email address. I offered to provide all necessary transaction records and sign-up information to facilitate the change. Regrettably, my inquiry was met with silence for an entire month. Despite their eventual response, my issue remains unresolved. I am still awaiting a resolution and am exceedingly disappointed in Interserver's lack of efficiency and customer care. In hindsight, I regret my decision to join Interserver and strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this provider. Their unresponsiveness and ineptitude have led me to conclude that Interserver is not a reliable or trustworthy company.

There are firewalls you dont have access to, so you can't ssh in, you have to use their web browser shell. Yes it's only $3, but honestly I rather spend the extra $2 and actually have a VPS provider that has proper tools to allow me to run my VPS without contacting support daily. Just seems like poor product management all around.

Review: I previously made a review on InterServer about the ASP.NET hosting, and I have better (kinda) opinions as customer for an ASP.NET hosting, the hosting itself is good for its price, but there's some details that I'm sure that it's crucial for some projets, I had everything configured correctly (and with the help from support), but I noticed that I see some downtimes each day, sometimes it takes 5 minutes, others takes up to 15 minutes (as far as I remember), one star taken. Another thing is that to update the project to the hosting, I need to manually turn off the pool, and the upload times (not sure if it's the hosting or Visual Studio) takes some time, it needs at least 3 minutes to upload it, and this may be bad when you have to turn off the pool to upload it (because in my case, if I didn't turn off the pool it gives me an error), another star taken.

I even upgraded to see if that was the issue and it still did not work. I just got an email from them asking me to upgrade again and maybe that will work. I shouldn't have to upgrade for a basic internet connection to one program to work.

Review: Tech was very good, chat wait time terrible! The tech, Suparno, who finally attended to my chat was very good. Answered all my questions. Updated my account for me. Was very polite, & very knowledgeable. The wait time, however, was horrendous. Started at #18 in line with 1.5 hr wait time which I felt was reasonable. But as my place in line decreased to #9, my wait time increased first to 2 hours, then to 3! I persevered, made dinner, ate, did the dishes, some filing, cleaned my a/c filter, sorted thru some books & suddenly I heard the tweep alerting me someone was ready to chat. Maybe it was the time I initiated chat (late in the day) that mattered. I chatted before w/someone @ interserver.net & the wait time was much shorter, <30 min. But the tech I chatted with then took much longer pauses to answer my questions. Or, so it seemed.

Review: The onboarding experience was not smooth. It has hard to be able to login via ssh to my server within minutes of buying. I'm used to top server providers which allow me to set password etc without contacting support. This service heavily relies on contacting support so you are waiting a lot to access your purchase. After testing a few options, we decided to not go with InterServer due to a rough onboarding experience.

Review: Their services have been deteriorating day by day. I’ve been using their hosting and VPS, which were fine initially, but over the past few months the performance has dropped significantly. During peak hours, my website goes down and the VPS becomes completely unresponsive. Whenever I raise a complaint, the only suggestion I receive is to upgrade the VPS RAM—even though everything works fine during non-peak hours. Instead of addressing the root cause and improving their service quality, they simply push customers to go big. This is disappointing and not the kind of support I expected. Even at this time service are down, even their chat support. Even the Cloudflare error page is self explanatory that Browser (working) -> Cloudflare (working) ->Host (Error). but their staff keep saying, the site is working fine at our end. always one-liner.

Review: Constantly for the past few months over the span of around 30+ tickets we have constantly opened tickets to request a response -> one ticket at a time, we will ask request for the request to constantly get thrown mid ticket and derailing the issue at hand thus causing us to need to open another ticket to try to address the matter again. We have been using GTHost / PebbleHost / OVH / And other providers and have less problems and better pricing, At first Interserver seemed to care but after attempting to build ontop of their platforms api they refuse to do any work to their api when requesting for the ability for simple DRY RUN calls to be added to be able to re-sell interserver servers, They will reply in a ticket after shortly skimming the first message of a week long ticket, then write something that has nothing todo with the real issue or question brought to their teams attention.

Review: I dont get how it will take a serious business 6 to 12 hours to respond to a ticket that is not even technical, I paid for a server you confirmed payment next you deleted it says jts out of stock refund money as credit or issue another one no response so I have to wait for days to get response on product I paid for that you said its unavailable afterwards?, Next the support guy claimed i delayed payment then he issued refund and made order himself now jts showing deleted too. 24 hours later and no possible response or solution contacted live chat an hour ago says sales team will look into it still nothing is done or not even a response to my ticket. they don't want to take responsibility just looking for who to blams, my work is delayed already you need to work on your support because its an off for me already and I dont think I can continue like this, you use to be better about a year ago I had lots of services with you.

Review: Worse service in the Hosting Industry. As a customer, I did not have a positive experience with this service provider. I got a fully managed VPS with 8 slices and experienced worse service in 2026. The setup was so quick, but it was not right because rushing the setup without the right configuration puts you at 100% risk. I am still not sure about the company's level 2 tech support with their skills because they don't know what they are doing with the VPS. My VPS is always unavailable, and why I asked last time; they said the VPS was frozen. I asked them why it was frozen, and they said they don't have logs. Then asked them why there is no log. They said it hadn't been configured yet. They look very affordable, but the quality is not GOOD. I just shared my experience with them.

Review: UPDATE: @Interserver.net Again, I met ALL your technical and policy requirements, as I told you accordingly. BUT your team acted as if they didn't read my message, and repeated exactly what I have already done. Don't make the same mistake on TrustPilot that you did on the support ticket. Thank you. Their VPS will do the job for most purpose. They have a very decent configuration for a fair price, and for this they are a good deal. I mostly used them a personal wireguard servers, and few other things. However, if your intent is to run your own e-mail server, then you may want to look elsewhere. I was very satisfied at first with several Slice-1 Interserver VPS, until I wanted to setup my own e-mail server on one of my machines. I asked the support to open port 25, clearly explained that this is a personal e-mail server with few incoming and outcoming e-mails, and that I will not make spam on it.

Review: After 4 months, nothing has really improved. I am still struggling every day to get email. I believe that it might be a security issue. I have had over 2000 email to my info@ email address. All are slightly different, but it could be that whoever is sending them might also be trying to login to my account with brute force. Today, I deleted that email address to see if that will resolve the issue. One would think that after 4 months, maybe InterServer would do a more thorough investigation to find out what is causing this issue nearly every day. It isn't me... I know my password, so if it is brute force, maybe they can figure out a way to stop it. But I have NEVER had these problems with any other hosting provider and I have used 4 in the past. A month has passed, so no refund is possible, meaning I either continue to waste hours a week on the phone with tech support, or switch companies and hope the problem doesn't follow me.

Review: After the hardware failure at the beginning of March, my site was migrated to a different server. For the last 30 days I have been having severe performance issues with the website. I provided the support engineers with all needed information to replicate the issue, including the Admin credentials to the entire site -- All I received is 'Tier 1' and 'screen-reader' type responses and suggestions to do things that do not solve anything and simply do not make much sense, like "you need to disable re-Captcha"... Really?!? Seriously?!? Hmm, re-Captcha has been around a couple of days now and worked just fine on the 'old' server!!! These guys are not willing to help and/or dedicate needed resources to actually fix the issue that was caused by them. One of the Tech Support guys suggested calling 'Sales Line' and to ask to be connected to Tier 3 - as a result, the CTO chimed-in on the ticket and stated that he (the CTO of the company!!!) has no expertise or ability to resolve the issue and

Review: I had previously written a very nice review about InterServer, which I later on decided to delete because I could not in clear conscience let others read what no longer represented my real views about InterServer. My first bad experience with them was when I attempted to migrate my sites over from my old dedicated cPanel server to a dedicated machine with them running on a DirectAdmin installation. The migration was a total disaster and nothing worked. All sites were broken. When I complained, the answer I received was: “The site is loading” or something around those lines. Yeah, the front page was loading, but then nothing else worked. Also, it was not only one site, there were like 15 sites hosted on that server. I then decided to just re-install the server and do the migration myself, this time with cPanel instead of DirectAdmin and things went smooth. I had to do it myself, though, and I could no longer trust migrations done by the InterServer team.

Review: The onboarding experience was not smooth. It has hard to be able to login via ssh to my server within minutes of buying. I'm used to top server providers which allow me to set password etc without contacting support. This service heavily relies on contacting support so you are waiting a lot to access your purchase. Review: As an affiliate marketer As an affiliate marketer, I, Saira Nazir, joined Interserver in January 2024, expecting a professional partnership. Unfortunately, I've been met with unprofessional behavior and a clear breach of trust. Despite their explicit promise of a $100 flat commission per sale on shared hosting, they have only paid me $25 per sale. I generated 9 sales, which should have earned me $900, but Interserver has only paid me $225. To add insult to injury, they delayed payment for my first 4 sales for a month, and when they finally paid, they only paid $25 per sale. I have concrete evidence of this fraud, including screenshots of their payment records. When I reached out to their support team to resolve this issue, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. Their failure to honor their commitments and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I warn all affiliates to exercise extreme caution when considering partnership with Interserver.

Review: I had a very bad experience with InterServer hosting. I purchased a VPS plan expecting it to be up and running quickly, but even after more than 1 hour of payment confirmation, my VPS is still in the status: “Pending-Setup”. This is extremely frustrating because I chose VPS hosting to get fast and reliable service, especially for projects that need quick deployment. The worst part is that there is no clear communication or update from their support team. I tried to reach out to their customer support, but responses are very slow and not helpful at all. No estimated time of setup completion was provided. For a paid service, this level of delay and lack of professionalism is totally unacceptable. I do NOT recommend InterServer VPS hosting at all, especially if you are in a hurry to get your server running. Very poor experience. I will definitely consider switching to a more reliable VPS provider next time.

Review: Absolute shambles... My recent support experience with InterServer has been extremely disappointing. I migrated a couple of sites here as a test before committing to a larger plan. I am genuinely relieved that I did not move everything over, because the support performance on this ticket has been one of the worst I have seen from any host. The issue itself is simple. Windsurf and VS Code Remote fail because the entrywav LVE slice cannot fork new processes. I provided everything they needed. I submitted logs, screenshots, the exact steps to reproduce the problem, and I even compared it directly to my other account on the same server where everything works. The difference between the two accounts clearly proves that the issue is on their side. Despite this, the responses I received showed almost no understanding of what I wrote. The timing of the replies says everything. 15:42 I opened the ticket with a full technical breakdown.

Review: They sold me a faulty server. First, they sent me a password, but the authorization was certificate-based. Then it turned out that instead of the operating system specified in the order, they installed a different one. Later, I discovered that the server goes offline several times a day. Every support ticket takes at least 24–48 hours to get a response. After 10 days, they offered to replace the disks. I can’t use the server and have to reinstall all the software. Terrible technical support. The problem solved.

Review: I was pleased with the final resolution the tier two support team provided within 24 hours. They had a 100% fix installed within 22 hours. I would have appreciated assistance or clearer instructions for implementing the work-around that was provided within the promised 1-3 hour support window so that I didn't have 22 hours of potential lost email/revenue, but I was happy to receive a work-around within the promised time. I wish tier one would have been less of an obstacle and more helpful in quickly identifying and escalating or at least better understanding the issue. Instead, I was presented with basic, and unrelated, troubleshooting approaches and given suggestions as to the nature of the issue that a better understanding of my initial report would have avoided. As a professional with 25 years experience in IT, customer service, and communications I was disappointed that communication was lacking except with the tier two tech.

On their website, it says that it will take 24 hours to provision a server. I ended up on the Live Chat asking when it would be done after 24 hours, and they said to give them 24-48 hours. I ended up doing so and created a ticket to see the progress. The server was delayed because they were on a backlog of orders, so they gave a refund. The backend seems messy, and the team seems all over the place.

Review: An overall review from an average person using a dedicated server from Interserver.net and using them currently for the last several months. Overall, Interserver offers products of a reasonable and fair price. A direct competitor of Interserver.net would be reliablesite.net. Interserver provides a decent response time through the ticket system. But phone support is lacking. Within my time with Interserver, I have had three products; two being dedicated servers and one being their shared storage offering. The very first dedicated server I ordered; it was impossible to do anything over IPMI. It was impossible to install an OS due to the frequent disconnects. In fact, the first servers IPMI made it impossible to connect to, even after a fix was applied, so I purchased another server, with a monetary loss on the first server. BEWARE: no refunds on dedicated servers, even when the issues are on Interserver’ s side.

Review: Interserver blocks my website and email in Mexico. And who knows what other countries are blocked? I switched to Intersever because of price and a friend has been using them for years recommended them. Now, I am living in Mexico part-time, and my email and website do not work. I spent 30 - 50 minutes EVERY DAY on the phone with tech support. They ask my ip address and then whitelist that ip address. This is disruptive, aggravating, time consuming, and I have ZERO opportunity to expand my business to Mexico, because anyone who looks for my site will find that it doesn't load because their ip address is blocked.
