Review: Awful 'business' class email. There's nothing business class about it. The hosting is lacklustre at best, support not even reaching the tier of mediocre but the main star of the show is the beyond garbage mail service.

Review: Our experience with Nexcess has been a complete disaster. We asked for a simple rollback to a known working backup. Instead of just doing it, something any capable hosting provider should be able to handle, Nexcess turned this into an endless support loop full of excuses, delays, and no ownership. In our most recent interaction, support again refused to perform the rollback, saying we first needed to reduce disk usage. The irony is that most of the disk space is taken up by large files created by Nexcess themselves, without our request or approval. These include massive SQL dumps and ZIP files generated after their team accessed our server. Even worse, Nexcess previously confirmed the rollback would be done but never actually carried it out. They also created unauthorized accounts inside our Magento installation, and our site has crashed multiple times shortly after their interventions.

Review: Very worrying experience over the last 24 hours. Our VPS load shot up to 134 when it should normally be under 1. I enabled Cloudflare attack mode and even shut down all our eCommerce sites, but the load did not change at all. That confirmed the traffic was not coming from us. Support later replied on the ticket saying the spike was caused by a .TV domain that does not belong to us, which effectively means another customer was consuming our VPS resources. This was later explained away as a “typo,” but it fits exactly with what we observed. Nothing we did on our websites or database had any impact on the load. We are still waiting for a believable explanation. This is supposed to be a premium hosting service, and issues like this are simply not acceptable for a small family business.

Review: I've been with Liquid Web for many years. Their techs are smart, capable and can solve pretty much any problem I send their way with my hosting setup. They went the extra mile (or 100 miles in my case) when switching from a shared to dedicated hosting scenario, which enabled me to offer more capabilities to my customers.

Review: Support team is good and able to sort out the issue. Took a while - BUT we got it done. Answers to all the questions or decisions are prompt and handled by multiple tech on the team. Thank you for sorting the issue !!!

Review: Today was not unusual for our relationship with LW. We had an issue pop up on our websites. When we contacted support - they sat with us through troubleshooting, no "holds", no callbacks. The issue escalated and as soon as Jesse Martinez hopped he fixed the issue instantly! All of our 19 websites were back up and running. He saved us many future problems by quickly resolving the issue. Jesse and Kate, were both extremely helpful, and attentive to what we needed. This is why we will always stay with Liquid Web. For years, their support has proven to be as valuable as their products for us.

Review: This has been one of the most frustrating hosting experiences we’ve ever had. Our website was offline for more than 24 hours, and during that entire time we received almost no real updates or clear answers. Every reply from support felt copy-pasted and disconnected from the urgency of the situation. We expected a professional, reliable service - not endless waiting, vague promises, and silence when our business was suffering. Totally unacceptable from a company that claims “enterprise-level” reliability. We’ve completely lost confidence in their ability to manage critical services.

Review: After our migration to new machines, we were working with Matt on our Domain Trust. With several new security settings in place in our host environment and multiple generations beyond our previous implementation, we had many new obstacles to a successful implementation. What started as a 1 hr workshop turned into a 3+ hr exercise in problem solving. Matt's expertise and determination are a prime example of why we choose to host at Liquid Web!

Review: We've just migrated from a service rated 4.9 on Trustpilot, but it was the worst ever. Beware unverified review profiles. Some of the worst hosting services have the best ratings - because they cheat at everything! LW has 80% verified reviews, so their review profile is likely to be an accurate reflection of their services. Liquid Web are pretty good, not perfect. At the moment, we would certainly recommend them over most of the others.
