Review: Their hosting and WHM support system is completely unreliable. The server has been down for hours, and they are not even providing a proper update or expected resolution time. This shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

Review: Milesweb Team I’m writing to share my experience regarding the recent invoice for my hosting plan. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. The plan is scheduled to begin on 19/04/2026, and despite requesting cancellation of the renewal plan before the service start date, the process has not been smooth. As a developer and a company CEO, I value transparency and customer-friendly policies. Based on this experience, I’m unlikely to purchase services from MilesWeb again, nor recommend the platform within my professional network. Review: I am extremely disappointed with this hosting service. Over the past month, my websites have been constantly slow and unreliable. I frequently encounter 502 and 503 errors, which makes my sites inaccessible to visitors. This level of downtime and poor performance is completely unacceptable, especially for a paid hosting plan. It has negatively affected my work and user experience. I have contacted support, but the issues are still not resolved properly. There seems to be no permanent fix or clear explanation from their side. I would not recommend this hosting company to anyone looking for stable and reliable service.

Review: These guys have changed completely. Their support is useless. They don't have any technical knowledge. Their servers goes on maintenance without any notice. After maintenance, expect nothing to work like before. Everything will be broken. They take 5-7 days to fix a small issue or even more sometimes.

Review: Milesweb is cheater, Hiding terms and condition behind main line. so basically its misleading information. that thing is hiding behind actually, so this is again misleading information.; when we bring cursor than that thing is highlighting which means there is no guidance written correctly that free domain is selective, when you are hiding terms and condition than as a common user, no one knows that terms and condition is hiding. this is cheating and i m going to post this everywhere in social media, trustpilot and google too. Also i m looking for my refund that why the hell you are taking newzealand clients when u cant provide newzealand domain. I would like to transfer to other hosting provider. i will make sure that your company isnt trust worthy anymore as you dont know power of socia media and newspaper too. Because i m right and you know it.

Review: If you value your business or your clients' data, stay far away from WebMiles. Yesterday, my reseller server was completely compromised by viruses and spam. My clients' websites were wiped clean and replaced by junk gaming pages. The worst part? The support team is a joke. I reached out for urgent help and got zero assistance and no solutions. They clearly don't take security or customer service seriously. I’m currently looking at a total loss of data and a massive blow to my reputation because they can't manage their own servers. The tech support team are very unprofessional and disrespectful. and we had a nightmare.

Review: Twice I have requested from their customer support to cancel my plan, repeatedly received 'discounted invoices' despite being clear about requiring cancellation and despite receiving written confirmation of cancellation they have charged my bank account to the tune of £65. Fraudulent behaviour and a complete headache to deal with.

Review: Worst customer support experience ever. My IP was blocked due to my own mistake (I entered the wrong MFA codes — I fully accept that). But what happened after that is completely unacceptable. I contacted chat support multiple times: 1st person said I would receive a call from the support team — no call ever came. 2nd person said he would help me unlock the IP — nothing happened. 3rd person (ALI – Sales Manager) told me to send an email and said he is “following the process”. So my question is simple: 👉 Why were the previous support agents not following the same process? 👉 Why is there no consistency or accountability at all? I have been facing this issue for MORE THAN 20 DAYS. No support. No solution. No follow-up. My billing date is 25th January, but MilesWeb is happy to take money while completely ignoring customers who need help. On top of this, Mr. Ali doesn’t even know the difference between hosting charges and domain charges.

Review: very poor technical support services in milesweb, they take around 2-5 minutes to connect and when connected then the support guy take 3-4 hours time to solve small - small issues like allow access, unblock ip...... and if we ask any website issue which doesn't work on server but work in local then tech team says change another higher plan always, don't go this please, we also will plan to change provider

Review: I had a very disappointing experience with MilesWeb regarding their billing. I was charged almost double the amount compared to what was initially communicated or expected. Despite reaching out for clarification, the explanation provided was unclear and did not justify the extra charges. As a customer, transparency in pricing is extremely important. Unexpected and inflated charges create serious trust issues. This experience felt unfair and unprofessional, and it forced me to reconsider continuing with their services.

Review: I raised my review from 2 starts to 4 starts then back to two stars. The following was the previous review of 2 stars... Excuse my English. I have to translate from Vietnamese. I will try my best. After my last monthly payment, Milesweb asked me to write yet another review of their service. I am still with them but they won’t like this review. I honestly wish I could write a good review but I can’t find many good things to say. Milesweb.com says they run a great hosting empire all around the globe. But what use is it if support cannot communicate with their clients or try to fix problems and answer simple questions? They seem to have no idea when client servers go down, when servers crash, freeze. They must not care. The result is that client customers see continuous ugly errors and nothing more.

Review: I initially signed up with MilesWeb for their hosting plan, which promised 8GB RAM and a 4-core CPU. Unfortunately, despite the high-resource plan, my website performance—especially site speed—was disappointing. I repeatedly raised concerns about slow loading times, not just on the homepage (which contains a 3.35 MB video) but also on the product page, which has no heavy content or videos hosted directly on the site. Despite my previous host, with fewer resources, performing much better on GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed, MilesWeb attributed the issue to my content rather than the server's performance. After multiple discussions, they continued to refer to the video on the homepage as the main issue, ignoring the fact that other pages were also experiencing poor performance.

Review: I purchased hosting from MilesWeb, but the experience has been very disappointing. First of all, after making the payment, I didn’t even receive an invoice email. Their buying process itself is very unprofessional. Luckily, their sales team member Mr. Saurabh helped me out on chat and rectified the issue, and only then I received my account details. Thanks to him for that. After this, my chat was transferred to the technical team (Mr. Pratik). He solved one issue regarding domain addition, but when it came to SSL, instead of resolving it directly, he simply asked me to “raise a ticket.” The moment you pay, the live chat support becomes useless, and they push you into the endless ticket system. This kind of after-sales service is very poor and frustrating. For hosting, you expect reliable and quick technical help, but here it’s just the opposite. I would never recommend MilesWeb hosting to anyone.
