Review: I usually refrain from sharing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with IndiaFilings.com. Despite the initial promise of a simple name approval process taking just 2 to 3 days, I find myself still waiting after more than 60 days. The service has been exceptionally disappointing, with unprofessional staff and frustratingly slow responses.

Review: Worst service with no proper follow-up. Even after almost three months, I did not receive my GST or MSME certificates. Totally unprofessional experience. The assigned associate was unresponsive, did not answer calls, and kept saying “will call back in 10 minutes,” which never happened. Getting GST itself took nearly two months. I strongly feel any local CA could have completed this faster and at lower cost. Regret choosing this service.

Review: This company charged me Rs 18,000 for annual compliance and failed to file returns on time due to negligence. Every issue is pushed onto the customer with excuses. Their Google reviews appear inflated - people I spoke to do not recommend them. I was even pressured to delete negative feedback. This is one of the worst corporate service experiences I’ve had. Be very careful! refunds are unlikely. Offline service providers are a much safer option.

Review: My experience with IndiaFilings has been nothing short of frustrating. I have been waiting for them to deliver on services promised back in 2017, and despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and calls, I still haven’t received what I paid for. The communication has been inconsistent, deadlines have been ignored, and every time I reached out, I was given vague assurances with no real progress. For a company that claims to simplify compliance and business services, they have only caused delays and stress. After years of waiting, I can confidently say this has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely cannot recommend IndiaFilings based on what I’ve gone through.

Review: Indiafilings is a Biggest Cheater Company in India, They will give you direct Bill of your service and Collect Payment than they will not provide you service and will encourage you to take more services to fulfill the booked service, Indiafilings is the Biggest White Color Cheaters in India, they will dilute your hard earned money and will not provide you service So don't Book any Services with Indiafilings.

Review: I have an extremely bad experience with IndiaFilings. Their costs are reasonable to start with, once you purchase the annual package, then their charges for MOA updates and other filings are high. They take the money up front and then do the submission as their conveyance. No one takes the responsibility, and then you are stuck. Please avoid this company and avoid all the headaches. Then they also ask you to remove the reviews from Google and trust pilot.

Review: I was looking for a Copywrite service, the company representative Lokesh took me in confidence and made me make 8.5k payment and then went unresponsive for a week, when i reach customer support a received a call from Venkatesh who assigned me a few people, after that i came in touch with Anandi B and she has not idea about the work and asked me to draft everting and share with them for the service i was looking from her and not even provided Templates for reference, then after a week Nanduja came in picture this and i asked fee for refund and she told me refund team will contact me after eating for 2 weeks I contact back again and Nilofer was assigned to assist me again after few days of taking she is unresponsive over email and phone. She mentioned me that she will be creating a refund ticket for me but no ticket is there when i check today. And overall IndiaFilings have scammed me for 8500 and wasted my 2 months

Review: I paid IndiaFilings for trademark registration. After their internal check, I was told the trademark would be registered within a week. Later, they said the trademark was challenged and asked for extra payment to respond. This happened for two applications, and I lost around Rs. 12,000. The initial guidance was misleading. Be careful and clarify all risks and extra costs before proceeding.
