Review: I have used services of tax2win for 4 in my family including me. Just for my mother, it has been two weeks since I have made payment for CA assisted filing. No one has looked into the documentation I have provided. All calls made and emails sent have turned out to be waste of my time. This probably is the last time I would be using their service.

Review: I purchased a plan for 2900 and the assigned CA responded only once and did not respond again even after sending multiple messaged in the chat. Ultimately, I filed the returns myself. Bad experience and wasted my time and money for them.

Review: After deposited the money rupees 6000 on 12.9.25 online for two returns. A lady call me and told me to submit some documents and I submitted documents accordingly. After that no one call me back. And the lady who talked me will not pick my call. I lost my money rs.6000 which I have paid. Between last days they only collect money from people. They are totally fraud.

Review: This is a fraud company' they never disclose what amount they will deduct. It started popping up on my screen only after I paid challan through them. I think they have fraud mentality.

Review: Fraudulent service! They didn't file my ITR for the last 2 months, and I've requested cancellation and a refund, but still haven't received it. The customer care hasn't responded either. I used this service last year, but I won't be using it again. I'll share my negative review on social media and warn my friends not to use it.
